Granted, the meta-plot was always optional, but they pushed it really hard in Revised edition and ended up sinking the franchise. They've essentially amputated the metaplot from the rules, and offer it in side-bars for people looking to play in the Final Nights setting. you can't make two Brawl Attacks or two Firearms shots (although if I understand it right you could make a Brawl attack and a Firearms attack in the same turn).ģ) The metaplot treatment is wonderful. Not only did they revert to an inferior method (find the lowest dice pool of all actions for the tunr, divide those dice however you want), but added the extra caveat that you cannot use these rules to make more than one action of the same type: i.e. It costs a lot of blood to use extra actions, but when your not using extra actions your Celerity adds directly to Dexterity.Ģ) I'm appalled at the Multi-Action rules.
